If you would like to attend the India Company Mini Reunion, please complete these three steps:
1. Book your hotel room (Call hotel or book online).
2. Register and send in payment.
3. Create and submit your name tag(s).
1. Book your hotel room by calling the hotel or booking online:

If you call for your reservations, our code for our room rate is “India Co 3/3 Marines”

When you book online, select Check-in Date, number of Nights, Rooms and Guests and then click BOOK NOW >. On the next page click on Group Code and enter IND to get our group rate and direct you to the India 3/3 page.
A credit or debit card will be required when you make your reservation.
Our room rate is $103.00 plus 16.75% occupancy tax.
Our discount group room rate ends Sunday, September 1, 2013,
so please make your reservations before that date.
2. Register by printing out the form, filling it out and sending in payment.
The registration fee is $15.00 per person
and 100% of it will go toward costs of the reunion.
AFTER SEPTEMBER 1, 2013, YOUR REGISTRATION FEE
WILL BE $30.00 PER PERSON.
3. Create and Submit your Name Badge:
If you are coming to the reunion then you will need a name badge for yourself and your guest(s). Fill out the online form and click the Submit button.
Be sure to order your name badge(s) ahead of time to be sure you will have them at the reunion. Deadline is September 1, 2013.

Banquet Buffet
Our buffet style banquet will be held in our host hotel. Dress casual.
As with past reunions you will not be allowed to bring in alcohol.
During the banquet we will have a cash bar.
Our banquet this year is more expensive, but the lowest priced item on their menu.
$50.00 per person

- Hill Country Field Greens with Choice of Dressing
- Creamy coleslaw, country potato salad
- Slow Smoked Barbecue Beef Brisket
- Dry Rubbed Barbeque Pork Loin and Barbecue Chicken
- Cowboy Corn, Cowboy Baked Beans and Smoked Bacon and Brown Sugar
- Jalapeno Cornbread Muffins, Peach Cobbler and Pecan pie
- Iced Tea and freshly brewed Columbian Regular and Decaffeinated Coffee
