If you would like to attend the India Company Reunion, please complete these two steps:
1. Book your hotel room.
2. Register and send in payment.

Our group room rate is $109/night (regularly $169/night)
17% (state, occupancy and destination tax = 18.53) = 127.53.
Please REGISTER BY AUGUST 1st to get our group rate.
This rate is extended 2 days pre and post reunion, based on availability.
2. Register by printing out the form, filling it out and sending in payment.
The registration fee is $15.00 per person
and 100% of it will go toward costs of the reunion.
AFTER AUGUST 12, 2017, YOUR REGISTRATION FEE
WILL BE $30.00 PER PERSON.

The banquet will be at the host hotel. Cocktails from 6pm to 7pm with cash bar
(no outside alcohol is allowed). Banquet at 7pm. See menu selections with Registration Form.
Sunday
Closing end of reunion - no events planned.

Volunteer pick ups can be arranged - please let Cathy know your arrival date, time and airline asap via email. (Taxi cabs and shuttle vans are approx. $30 one way)
We will be having a sit-down dinner with choices from each of 5 groups: Entree, Side, Vegetable, Salad and Dessert. See page 2 of Registration Form for menu items. All entrees are served with assorted rolls and whipped butter, coffee, decaffeinated coffee and assorted teas.
The banquet is $46.00 per person, tax and tip included.
Children under age 12: Menu TBD – It will be kid friendly. $16.00 per child (includes unlimited soda) tax and tip included.
