INDIA CO. 3/3 REUNION
Tuesday, October 15 to Sunday, October 20, 2019
If you would like to attend the India Co. Reunion, please complete these two steps:
1. Book your hotel room.
2. Fill out the Register Forms (See link below) and send in payment.

Our group room rate is $110 per night
(discounted veteran's rate) plus tax = $122.43
Please Register with hotel by Sept 20, 2019 to get our group rate.
This rate is extended 3 days pre and post reunion, based on availability.
2. Register by printing out the form, filling it out and sending in payment.
The registration fee is $15.00 per person
and 100% of it will go toward costs of the reunion.
AFTER SEPT 1, 2019 YOUR REGISTRATION FEE
WILL BE $30.00 PER PERSON.

Bus trip to National Museum of the Marine
Corps, presentation of the America’s
Battalion Memorial, lunch in reserved area
for India Company (*details below).
Saturday
Banquet at the host hotel's ballroom.
5pm cash bar - 6pm dinner
Serving "George Washington's Feast Buffet"
(**details below). After dinner speaker.
Sunday
Closing end of reunion - no events planned.

Getting Around
Local transportation - “Fred Bus” has a stop in our hotel’s parking lot. A charter trolley tour can also be arranged to pick up at hotel if enough people are interested.
For those who wish to visit DC, there is a train from downtown Fredericksburg to the DC train station where bus tours originate.

12:30 - 2:30 pm - Reserved seating on the "Overlook Balcony" for lunch and/or R&R (individuals may purchase lunch from one of the two museum restaurants and gather during this time in reserved area)
3:45 pm - first bus back to hotel
5:00 pm - second bus back to hotel
